Refunds
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for online orders or pre-orders. If you’ve placed a pre-order, you will receive your product as promised.
Exchanges

Exchanges can only be made on Ready To Wear Items, NO PRODUCT MARKED AS PREMADE OR PRE ORDER ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED. Custom items are not exchangeable/refunded.
- Exchanges + Refund can only be made if you received incorrect item.

Exchange Time Frame: 14 days from delivery date
- To request an exchange, email us at [email protected] confirmation and the correct return address.
- Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.
